Makeup And Styles - Long Curly Haircut Hairstyles

What Would You Choose For Long Curly Hairstyles?
Often have I noticed friends who have had curly hairs curse their fates! I have never understood why they had to feel bad or irritated over having curly hair that too, long. The long curly tresses suited them so well it was just a matter of fact of styling them properly. It is true that curly hair can develop more frizzes and puffs if they are not taken care of properly compared with normal straight hair.

As they say, the grass on the other side looks green. That’s how people with straight hair feel as they long for curly hair and vice-versa. Women with naturally long curly hair need not work hard on their hairstyles by using curling irons. They just need to approach a hairdresser who can cut their hair neatly and provide a nice esthetical hairstyle. The naturally curly hair needs to be cut into different layers so they don’t frizz. Once that is done then a neat look is given according to what the woman wants. Half updos or even full updos are possible.

When long straight hair needs to be curled up, then curling irons can be used based upon the amount of bend a woman wants. Some women choose to just curl up the locks while leaving the top part of the tresses straight. Some even try getting their hair curled like the hair of African women. Rollers and curling irons of different sizes can be used to achieve long curly hair. The different sections of the hair are twirled to achieve the desired amount of curls.

Many celebrities with normal hair just focus on creating wavy curls on the locks. The long cu
rly hairstyle with a centre partition has looked nice on some actresses like Jamison Shaw.

Basically, fringe or bangs involve the hair being cut above the forehead in a specific manner to allow the hair to be combed forward with fringes/bangs. The traditional fringe haircut is simply straight with the length of the fringe just slightly above the eye. However, modern fringes come in many flavors and styles; side-swept, blunt, full fringes and some even covering the eyes.
Those of you who have curly-wavy hair can also have natural fringes by leaving the curls
-waves to form its natural fringes/bangs. You might have to maintain the fringes in shape with occasional trims along with other hair care products.

Skin Care Tips for Oily Skin Type

When taking care of oily skin type, special attention should be paid to cleansing to prevent or minimize most of oily skin related problems. However do not over-cleanse or use too harsh products - this may strip your skin of oil and encourage oil glands to work overtime to make up for it.

Do not use bar soaps and hot water in attempt to dissolve and get rid of all of the oil on the skin surface and in the pores. This may result in dehydration of the skin and irritation. Use a mild cleanser with no addition of oil, waxes or any other lipid agent that can worsen the oily condition of the skin. Another good idea for oily skin is to use a cleanser with salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxy acid that reduces sebum (skin oil) production and will help you to combat break outs. Also it can be beneficial if your cleanser has antibacterial properties/ingredients. Oily skin prone to break outs will also benefit from a toner with antiseptic.

Moisturizing:
To counteract any dryness or dehydration that might result from deep cleansing of the oily skin use a light oil-free moisturizer. You may also try an anti-imperfection moisturizer but use it only if it is not too drying for your skin. Avoid any ingredients that can clog pores and aggravate acne such as cocoa butter, olive oil, corn oil, acetylated lanolin, butyl sterate and any other comedogenic ingredients (ingredients that tend to clog pores and cause acne).

If your moisturizer does not come with sun protection, use a sunscreen, preferably gel type, that has minimum SPF of 15.

Diet:
The main recommendation for a diet would be to keep to a low-fat diet. Avoid oily foods: pork or foods cooked with too much oil. Also avoid highly seasoned foods.

Sensitive skin has to be treated with special care

Sensitive skin has to be treated with special care. First of all, you need to understand what triggers sensitivity and exclude or minimize the trigger-factors.

Try to avoid or minimize the following sensitizing factors:

1. colorant and fragrance in your skin care products as well as in shampoos and deodorants

2. allergens such as honey or citruses (applied topically)

3. aggressive cleansing and peeling products such as based on AHA-acids

4. skincare products containing alcohol

5. anti-aging products containing retinol

6. beauty procedures that can be traumatizing for your skin such as mesotherapy and microdermabrasion

7. direct and long UV light exposure

8. Extreme temperatures either hot (e.g. sauna, solarium) or cold

9. Excess of alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, spicy and salty food

General rules for taking care of sensitive skin:

1. Use very mild cleanser. With sensitive skin it is better to cleanse your face several times than use a stronger and more abrasive product just once.
2. Trust the experts to exfoliate your skin or use a very mild exfoliating product. It is very hard to select an exfoliator, be it a mechanical scrub or enzyme product, that would not damage sensitive skin.
3. Moisturize religiously. Sensitive skin tends to lose moisture. And moisture is a key condition to having healthy balanced skin.
4. Protect your skin from UV light at any season. Due to impaired barrier function sensitive skin is especially susceptible to free radical damage from UV light.
