If you aren't used to wearing strong colors on your mouth, try a sheer wash of red or bright pink like Tarte Natural Gel Lip Stain in Lust or Amused ($24 each). "You can built it as you feel more comfortable," notes makeup artist Tina Turnbow. Paint the stain on your lips with your fingertip, says Turnbow, keeping the focus on the center of the mouth to further enhance your pout.
